Dear Taiwan
There are many things at which you and your people excel. However, pavements (or side-walks if your prefer the American term) are not on the list of your greatest successes. May I respectfully suggest that you try walking around any of your cities with a toddler in a pushchair (sorry, stroller).
Sort it out, please.
